Hi,l have a 3bedroom house 1 bath that I decided to rent the spare room out asap to the right person.The room is renting $450 a month with a $100 security deposit utilities plus food included,but I wont allow anyone with a criminal background just wont allow it,so *dont bother to ask. The property is in a decent neighborhood,never had a problem here.I'm looking to rent the room asap to the right person,but if interested a Roommate Agreement is needed to be signed upon giving deposit and first months rent key will be givin the same day . The room will be perfect for one person,couple,or a parent and two children. I will decide by August 19th because I have two others who seen the room first so I'm just trying to be fair,and wait a bit to see who else may be in need of a room. No crazy folks please seriously!
